Aaron Quinonez, known as “SgtQ,” is a former Marine Corps Anglico operator who turned adversity into action. After combat, he battled PTSD and homelessness. His turning point came through service—leading him to create Q.Missions, a nonprofit where veterans rediscover their sense of purpose by helping others.
He also founded QActual, a peer-powered mental health app designed to reduce suicide and build resilience. Recognized nationally for his work, SgtQ received the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award and has been featured as a Top 100 Latino Founder to Watch.
Today, he travels the country teaching organizations how to build mentally resilient, high-performing cultures. He also serves as Chaplain for the Seattle Seahawks’ Task Force 12 and is the author of Healing Thru Service.
